Edina Realty has recently added a professional designer, Nicholl Zimdars, to the office in Bruce, Wi. Edina Realty is happy to announce this partnership and what it means to everyone.

For Edina's Sellers - A consultation with Nicholl will be included and Nicholl will share her professional knowledge & experience in helping each seller make their home more saleable through "home staging". Home staging may involve things such as paint suggestions, space management, furniture placement, de-cluttering, decorating tips and much more. In today's market it has become more and more important to prepare and "Dress your home" to meet the buyers needs.

For Edina's Buyers - A 1 hr consultation will be included after the closing of a new home. This consultation will benefit the buyer in helping to design their new home. Nicholl will answer buyers questions, offer paint/color suggestions, furniture placement, decorating tips, etc.

Nicholl is the daughter of Lisa Beseler and currently attends UWSP where her major is Interior Architecture, a CIDA accredited program that ranks with the top art schools in the U.S. She is a senior and once she passes the NCIDQ (which is like the "Barr" of the design world) she will graduate from UWSP and have the accreditations to become a WI registered designer. All of this means that she has extensive knowledge not only in color relationships, but also in space planning, codes, materials, time management, and construction management. Nicholl has remained on the Dean‘s list throughout her college career. She is currently involved in the following organizations; secretary of International Interior Design Association (IIDA), President of Sigma Alpha Pi (the Society of Success and Leadership), and she is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) which gives her access to all the latest trends in the design world.

Nicholl, her knowledge, and her expertise is a great asset to the Edina Realty office in Bruce. She is a huge benefit to our clients and we are delighted and very excited to have her.
